Gatehouse Information

Lake Forest is a limited access community with four staffed gatehouses overseeing vehicular and pedestrian traffic into and out of the community. The Lake Forest Community Association, Inc. (LFCAI) employs Weiser Security Services to staff and operate the gatehouses. Their purpose is to provide limited access to the community and is not intended to replace individual homeowner security measures.

Expedited Access

Residents may expedite their passage through the electronic pass enabled gates by either registering their North Texas Tollway Authority TollTag with Greig Dunnam at SBB Management or by requesting a Lake Forest specific electronic tag from Greig.
